At Honey Vibe, we want you to shop with confidence. While we take great care in ensuring the quality of our products, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please review our policy below:

Unwanted Items

If you wish to return an item, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition with all packaging intact (including shrink wrap and seals).
  • The item must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund or credit.

đź’ˇ Please Note: Opened or used items, as well as products with broken seals, cannot be refunded or exchanged for hygiene reasons. If we suspect the item has been used, we reserve the right to return it to you, and return shipping costs will apply.

Faulty Items

We offer a one-year return policy for faulty products. If you receive a defective item:

  1. Return the product with a note stating the issue, your order number, and whether you prefer an exchange or refund.
  2. If the item is found to be faulty, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
  3. If the item is fully functional, it will be treated as an unwanted return and subject to the standard restocking fee.

Response Time & Credit Expiry

If we contact you about a return and do not receive a response within a reasonable time, we reserve the right to dispose of the item.

Credit memos and account credits expire 6 months from the issue date.
